United Nations Global Compact Sustainable Infrastructure for the Belt and Road Initiative to Accelerate the SDGs Action Platform Secretariat is seeking qualified service providers to support the Second Global Business Summit on Belt and Road Infrastructure Investment to Accelerate the SDGs.
1. Introduction
About UN Global Compact BRI for SDGs Action Platform
In 2020, in response to calls by Heads of State, the United Nations Global Compact launched the ‘Sustainable Infrastructure for the Belt and Road Initiative to Accelerate the SDGs’ Action Platform (BRI for SDG Action Platform).
The platform is the first and currently the only multilateral, multi-stakeholder cooperation mechanism initiated by a UN entity, centered on enterprises, and designed to align corporate investment and operations under the BRI framework with the UN SDGs.
The BRI for SDG Action Platform aims to enable enterprises participating in BRI infrastructure construction to integrate the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact into their strategies and operations, thereby accelerating the achievement of the SDGs.
About the Event Support Service
The event is jointly convened by UN Global Compact Singapore Network and UNGC’s sustainable infrastructure for the BRI to accelerate the SDGs Action Platform (BRI for SDG). The event is a one-and-a-half-day summit hosted in Singapore, consisting of closed-door sessions and a main summit forum. The service provider will be responsible for the full on-site production and execution support, including but not limited to backdrop design and installation, technical setup, photography and videography, and on-site coordination.
2. Objectives
a) To ensure the high-quality execution of event support services for an offline closed-door sessions and a main summit forum..
b) To create a comfortable, professional, and visually consistent event environment for all participants through efficient and coordinated service provision.
3. Scope of Work
a. Collaborate with the UNGC team to understand the specific requirements of each off-line event in the series, such as the expected number of participants, event themes, and time schedules.
b. Manage the food and beverage service during the event, ensuring timely replenishment of snacks and drinks and proper handling of utensils.
c. Procure and distribute event materials. Arrange for their transportation to the venue and ensure proper storage and distribution during the event.
d. Provide professional photos and video services
e. Provide simultaneous translation services to facilitate communication among participants.
f. Other event services

The deadline for submitting your proposals is 5:00 PM, August 19, 2026 Beijing Time.
