1. Organization Profile
As a special initiative of the United Nations Secretary-General, the UN Global Compact is a call to companies worldwide to align their operations and strategies with Ten Principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. Our ambition is to accelerate and scale the global collective impact of business by upholding the Ten Principles and delivering the Sustainable Development Goals through accountable companies and ecosystems that enable change. With more than 20,000 companies and 2,000 non-business signatories based in over 160 countries, the UN Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative — one Global Compact uniting business for a better world. In 2022, UN Global Compact launched its China strategy, which aims to accelerate and scale the global collective impact of Chinese businesses by upholding the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact in delivering the Sustainable Development Goals.

a). News monitoring and Internal Brief: on UNGC, ESG, corporate sustainability etc.
b). Press and Media Strategy and Development
- Strategic thinking, strategy development and Annual press plan
- Media distribution list building, media relations buildup
-Press conference organization, key events and projects support
c). Support on Executive communications
- Support Office Head to launch and produce marketing campaigns facing C-suite executives to enhance engagement

The deadline for submitting your proposals is 5 pm, November 12, 2024, Beijing Time. Please send to e-mail: chinahr@unglobalcompact.org (no other recipients should be “cc” or “bcc” in your e-mail submission). Two e-mail submissions are mandatory, one for the technical proposal and the other for quotations. Please kindly prepare your documents in both English and Chinese. Given the anticipated volume of submissions, only highly qualified proposals will be contacted. No phone calls or unsolicited emails outside of the submission process.
